A: Sometime a student or intern might need a cosigner or guarantor.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You can complete the application form on the website and we will review within 24 hours.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can pay conveniently online with a debit or credit card through our secure payment gateway.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Presently our housing has a no pet policy.
Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: It is best to call the office to make and explain your situation.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You need to provide a 30 days notice before moving out.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: We will take care of maintenance requests but repairs are depended on the situation.
